Coroplast® fluted sheet, is a high-quality polypropylene twinwall profile sheet formulated specifically for use in the screen printing, display, and packaging markets. Coroplast retains the ability to be flexed an unlimited number of times without breaking. Specialty Products: - All Coroplast twinwall profile sheets can be modified with additives, which are melt-blended into the sheet to meet the specific needs of the customer. Special products that require additives include: ultra violet protection, anti-stat, flame retardant, custom colors, corrosive inhibitors, static-dissipative, etc. Chemically inert with a NIL pH factor, Most oils, solvents and water have no effect, performs well under adverse weather conditions or when exposed to harsh chemicals Colors White, Black, Yellow, Blue, Green, Natural, Granby Blue and JM Gray. Sizes 3mm, 4mm, 6mm, 8mm, & 10mm. Standard sheets are 48” x 96” & 48” x 120” sheets.

High Impact Styrene (HIPS) perfect solution for models, prototypes, signs, displays, enclosures, and more. It can be drilled, threaded, sawed, sheared, punched and machined. It can also be painted and has excellent forming properties (vacuum pressure). It is non-toxic and odorless, dimensionally stable, has low water absorption, and is heat and electronically sealable. Max heat resistance is 180F and the forming temp is -325F to 350F. It meets FDA standards, but is not UV stabilized. #43338 is available only in 48 in x 96 in. Combinations of 100% customer color virgin, virgin cap/utility base, low gloss (matte) cap/utility base, and custom color cap/utility base are available. ABS FR Sheet (Flame retardant - Fire Rated ABS Sheet) is offered by Professional Plastics in a wide range colors & grades. Certain grades of ABS are formulated to meet the smoke and fire specifications recommended by the Federal Transit Administration (formerly UMTA) to consistently meets FTA guidelines for flammability* and smoke emission* as measured by ASTM E-162 and ASTM E-662 All materials meet UL Ratings of UL94V-0 or greater.
